In a nod to The Wizard of Oz movie (August 1939) we are featuring a luscious lemon poppyseed cake. Not only is the cake bursting with lemon flavor, but it’s also topped with cream cheese frosting swirled (much like the Yellow Brick Road) with lemon curd!
