Participants must have basic knitting skills. We will be learning Intarsia knitting - a method of knitting with two colors to create a picture inside your work. A full Afghan is not necessary to expand your skills! Supply list at registration. Instructor: Barbara Dedecker.

Origami is an ancient method of transforming simple sheets of paper into an infinite variety of new shapes.  Each session will focus on a different theme, of which you will fold several simple models. Along the way you will learn basic terminology and how to read folding diagrams. Instructor: Cindy Scott.

Pizza, pasta, or both? Learn to make a fun, tasty dish that uses pasta and pizza toppings. We will also make a from-scratch salad dressing and garlic bread. The class will enjoy our Italian-inspired lunch together. Instructor: Amy Wilson.

Learn the basics of polymer clay while creating a fun, whimsical sculpture.  All skill levels are welcome, and all supplies provided.  Students will receive instructions for baking the completed piece in their own home oven. Instructor: Tammi Williams.
